Portobello with chilorio
1 pouch of Soy Chilorio Chata 250g
4 Portobello Mushrooms
Cheese for melting
Wash the Portobello mushrooms while heating for 5 minutes the Soy Chilorio in a pan.
Let dry the Portobello mushrooms and mince an onion, add them in a pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Fill the Portobello mushrooms with the Soy Chilorio and put some cheese on them. Heat in the oven for 30 minutes.
