Portobello with chilorio

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch of Soy Chilorio Chata 250g
  • 4 Portobello Mushrooms
  • Cheese for melting
  • 1 Onion

Preparation

  1. Wash the Portobello mushrooms while heating for 5 minutes the Soy Chilorio in a pan.
  2. Let dry the Portobello mushrooms and mince an onion, add them in a pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Fill the Portobello mushrooms with the Soy Chilorio and put some cheese on them. Heat in the oven for 30 minutes.
