Lonche Ranchero

  • Chorizo Ranchero Chata 250g
  • 2 Chapata bread
  • Mayocoba Peruvian Refried Chata Beans 430g
  • Sour cream
  • 4 lettuce leaves


  1. Fry the Chorizo Ranchero Chata in a pan and heat in a pot half the pouch of Mayocoba Peruvian Refried Chata Beans.
  2. Cut in half the chapata bread and spread some of the sour cream in one slice.
  3. In the other half of the chapata bread spread the Chata Beans and put the Chorizo Ranchero Chata. Add lettuce leaves.
