Soy Chilorio Quiche

  • 1 pouch Chata Soy Chilorio 250 g
  • Chopped bell pepper
  • ¼ cup of shredded Manchego cheese
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of sour cream
  • ¼ cup of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g of pastry
  • Salad (however you like it)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Stretch the pastry, set it on a ovenproof dish and then put it on the fridge.
  3. Mix the cheese, the milk, the cream and the flour. Add Chata Soy Chilorio and the bell pepper.
  4. Pour the mix in the ovenproof dish along with the pastry and bake it for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve the content while hot and enjoy it with your favorite salad.
